   Given the importance of the College of Languages ​​and in an effort to  develop the  academic level, the Deanship of the College  of Languages ​​ promotes many of the administrative aspects, which  contribute to the upgrading of the level of services and the rebuilding of basic infrastructure in accordance with the standards and fair procedures to ensure the best results according to a clear-cut plan, and to achieve the objectives included in this plan, primarily to catch up with the world universities. The College has been  working hard to improve the administrative and service performance, and adopt  new approaches in the follow-up mechanism of the administrative works of the College .

   One of the first concerns of the Deanship of the College is to develop the College on all levels to suit the academic development taking place in the world particularly on the financial and administrative levels as well as on the services level in order to improve the academic, cultural and educational sides.

  Thus, the administration of the College began the implementation of many terms and quality specifications by starting to take the necessary procedures to prepare a future plan to be applied on regular basis as an input basis of excellence and competitiveness.

 The Dean assistant for Administrative Affairs at the College of languages ​​is concerned with all the administrative and financial aspects, as he coordinates the administrative work  to ensure regularity. He also serves to provide the necessary equipments for the departments need to improve the educational and research for the service of the community. He is also in charge process of the workshops that  provide services for all departments and administrative units. The  administration seeks to introduce new technologies and to reduce paperwork.
